How long does it take?
- 8 weeks from purchase to using the system, including customization and training.
What do I need?
- You need desktop or laptop computers (or tablets) and high-speed internet access. No servers, routers, storage or other expensive hardware required.
The process:
- Once you decide to purchase our system, we spend 4 weeks working with your team – administrators and providers – to customize the system to your unique needs
- We then spend 4 weeks training and having you pressure test the implementation to discover any bugs or needed modifications
- After 8 weeks we go live.
What about existing tech / records?
- If you have existing electronic records, we can easily transfer them to the new system.
- We can also, for an additional fee, scan in your historical paper records.
