How long does it take?

What do I need?

  • You need desktop or laptop computers (or tablets) and high-speed internet access. No servers, routers, storage or other expensive hardware required.

The process:

  • Once you decide to purchase our system, we spend 4 weeks working with your team – administrators and providers – to customize the system to your unique needs
  • We then spend 4 weeks training and having you pressure test the implementation to discover any bugs or needed modifications
  • After 8 weeks we go live.

What about existing tech / records?

  • If you have existing electronic records, we can easily transfer them to the new system.
  • We can also, for an additional fee, scan in your historical paper records.
